Zaines Training

*is sitting down*........i need a master

*is waiting for Rukia*i wonder if she'll show?

i walk into his training area "so dude what now??"

*takes out zan*we fight

"hmm well lets see how i fight with out it" i get into a fighting stance "i would like to fight you with just my fists for a little while"

ok*puts away zan*u 1st

"well you could use you zan but ok" i towards zai and jump in the air to round house kick you in the chest

*i grab your foot and twist it then i punch you in the face*

i twist with my foot and swing myself the ground to flip myself up and kick you in the face

*ducks and grabs ur leg and throws you*

i get thrown and slips in the air to skid on the ground until i stop "man your strong" i laugh and get into a fighting stance "come over here"

Thanks*charges at him and punches him in the face*

"your welcome" i catch your punch and i slide back abit to headbut you in the face

*takes headbutt and stumbles back then round house kicks him*and you my friend are hard headed^^

i get kicked and slightly wobbles "thanks i got a lot of pratice and you got a mean kick"

Thanks*head is bleeding*well well

i laugh as i feel a rib cracks "your welcome" i hold my chest "man that was my rib"

ow....wana take a break?

"hmm yeah sure" i sit on the ground and take off my shirt to put some bandages on my chest to try and keep the riib in place

*i put a cloth on my head*you ok cuz im fine

"yeah same here all i need is a quick drink of water andmaybe some bread

here-passes bread and water-

"thanks dude" i grab the water and bread "well you good dude??" i quickly eat the bread then drink the water
